What is Toyota Extra Care Protection?
With Toyota Extra Care Protection, you will have the option between two plans, the Gold or Platinum. Services included with Toyota Extra Care Protection include the following:
Mechanical Protection
For additional protection on your Toyota vehicle, the Extra Care Protection plan provides mechanical protection with terms of up to seven years, accessible through any of the 1,500 Toyota dealers in North America. Factory-trained technicians will do all services and use only genuine OEM Toyota parts for the repairs.
Included Maintenance Services
Depending on the plan you choose and your vehicle's maintenance schedule, you will have maintenance coverage for up to the first three years.
Trip Interruption & Travel Planning Assistance
With trip interruption, you will have reimbursement for hotels, meals, and transportation, up to $300 if a component fails on your Toyota 300 kilometres away from home. Also, you can utilize travel planning assistance to get personalized trip plans that offer maps, alternative routes, points of interest, and much more.
Emergency Road Services & Towing
Services covered with ECP include mechanical breakdown towing, fuel delivery, tire change, winching, lock-out service, battery boost, and accident towing.
Toyota ECP Tire & Rim Road Hazard Protection
This plan covers only original tires and rims, along with any replacement tires that were sourced from and installed by a Toyota dealership during the plan's valid term. With this affordable package, you can choose protection plans that range from one to seven years in length. Services covered under this plan include tire repair or replacement, rim repair or replacement, mounting and balancing, valve stems, towing, road service and vehicle rental, food and lodging, along with provincial tire levy and taxes.
